DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS
**UPDATE - Royal Mail is experiencing delays on overseas shipments due to a cyber attack. Orders with standard shipping have and continue to be shipped but there will be delays. We recommend you upgrade your shipping if you need your parcel promptly. We will continue to review the situation.**
Subject to payment and stock availability, orders received before 12 noon (GMT) on a working day are dispatched that day. Orders received after that time will be dispatched on the next working day. If any items are out of stock you will be advised promptly.
Depending on your location, shipping times may vary, please see below for estimated delivery costs and delivery timescales:
UK Mainland: £5.95 or free on all orders over £100 | 2 - 4 working days
UK (express): £9.95 | 1 - 3 working days
USA (under $200): £20 or free on all orders over $200 | 2 - 4 working days
EU (under £300): £15 | 2 - 6 working days
EU (express): £45 | 1 - 3 working days (Express sent by DHL)
Rest of World (under £100): £25 | 7 - 14 working days
Rest of World (under £300): £50 | 7 - 14 working days
Rest of World (express): £65 | 1 - 4 working days (Express sent by DHL)
Free Worldwide Shipping for all orders over £300
All mainland UK orders are dispatched on a 48 hour service unless Express is selected. Orders to the USA are dispatched using DHL. Belle Enfant uses a range of services to other regions for orders below £100. Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods as a signature may be required. Please note orders cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.
*Belle Enfant will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable and the times frames are estimates only relating to normal trading periods. Belle Enfant shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the goods within the estimated timescales and is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or tax clearance process.

LOST / STOLEN / DAMAGED PARCELS
Please reach out to our customer service team if you believe your package is lost/stolen. Belle Enfant will investigate with the carrier and file a claim on your behalf (if appropriate). Please note these claims can take up to 20 days to process. Belle Enfant is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped without signature required that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address.
If your package and/or products are damaged on receipt (e.g. through the transit process) you must contact us with 48 hours of delivery and provide photograph evidence within that email. Belle Enfant will investigate with the carrier and file a claim on your behalf (if appropriate).
Orders may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. You are responsible for paying any import duty, local taxes or customs charges/fees that may be payable on the goods when they reach their destination. Belle Enfant has no control over such charges and cannot predict them and recommends you contact your local customs office for more information.
If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred, and the cost of returning the package.
These costs will be subtracted from your order refund and your credit/debit card will be charged accordingly.
Should you wish to return any product that has been subject to local duty or taxes Belle Enfant is not able to refund any duties or taxes charged and you will be responsible for applying for a refund if applicable. If Belle Enfant is required to pay import duties or taxes to receive a return this charge will be deducted from your refund/credit.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact Belle Enfant at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Depending on when the order is placed, Belle Enfant may or may not be able to change or cancel orders. Under the distance selling regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day you receive your order) to cancel your purchase. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Belle Enfant.
Belle Enfant offers some styles on a pre-order basis. An estimated expected ship date will be noted against the product. We collect 100% of funds upon checkout for pre-order. Please note if you have placed an order which contains pre-order items as well as "in stock" items your order will ship once all items are available. If you have questions or need assistance with pre-order please contact Belle Enfant at email@example.com.
Belle Enfant understands that you might not be entirely satisfied with your purchase or may simply wish to return it, for a refund or to exchange an item for a different size or colour. With the exception of beauty products, personalised items and sale items you can return all items purchased from belleenfant-boutique.com up to 14 days after the delivery date.
To return an item please follow the steps outlined below:
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN);
- Download and follow the instructions on the Returns Form;
- Package up the item(s) together with the completed Returns Form; and
- Item(s) must be received by Belle Enfant within 14 days from the date the order was delivered to the shipping address and must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached (Return Conditions).
Belle Enfant recommends you use a tracked delivery method to return your unwanted item. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Belle Enfant.
Once Belle Enfant has received and inspected the item and the Return Conditions are fulfilled, you will be refunded the money you paid Belle Enfant for that product minus the shipping charge and any duties/customs charges Belle Enfant is required to pay to receive the return. To avoid custom charges/duties being applied to your return Belle Enfant recommends you clearly mark the parcel/customs form to say “return – no duty/customs charges payable” and seek the advice of your local customs office as necessary.
*Sale items can be returned for a credit note following the same procedure for non-sale items as set out above.
In line with most retailers Belle Enfant does not offer free exchanges due to the escalation of third party shipping fees. Should you wish to exchange an item please return the item for a refund or credit (subject to the Return Conditions being met) and then you can place a new order for the "exchanged" item. If you would like Belle Enfant to check stock of an item please let them know you wish to exchange an item when you request your RAN.
