Where can I view my Subscriptions?

Simply log into your Belle Enfant account to view your current subscription plan(s). From there, you can edit, pause, or skip upcoming deliveries with ease.

Can I make changes to my Subscription?

Yes, absolutely. You can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard.

Can I change the frequency of my subscription?

Absolutely. To adjust your delivery cadence, log in and select ‘Manage Subscriptions.’ Under ‘Edit Frequency,’ choose the interval that suits you best: every 4, 6, or 8 weeks.

Can I reschedule or pause my next delivery?

Yes. Navigate to the ‘Upcoming Orders’ section within your account dashboard. There, you’ll be able to reschedule or pause your next order.

Can I update my delivery address?

Yes. Whether you're travelling or relocating, you can easily update your shipping address in the customer portal. Simply go to your subscription details and edit your shipping information.

How do i update my payment method?

Yes. You can easily update your payment method in the customer portal by clicking on edit your payment details.

How do i pause or cancel my subscription?

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer portal. Just select the relevant option under your active subscription. If you wish to return at a later date, you can reactivate your subscription within your account.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

You’ll be charged immediately for your first order. Future charges will occur based on the delivery frequency you’ve selected—on the day your subscription renews.
